SUMMARY
digiKam 8.8.0 AppImage crashes while running autotag in background and parallel
editing (accepting, ignoring, reverting) faces found.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start autotagging with hardware acceleration (NVIDIA in my case)
2. On the left side oben the persons tab
3. go to the "unconfirmed" entry and edit the faces (do accept, revert, ignore)
OBSERVED RESULT
digiKam AppImage crashes and when you have started in from within a terminal
window the sentence (in my case german sentence
"/tmp/.mount_digiKaatbkEj/AppRun: Zeile 263: 24670 Speicherzugriffsfehler
(Speicherabzug geschrieben) digikam $@" is printed out.
This is a segmentation fault in line 263.
I tried it again and the same error rises. It is always line 263, only the
number after the colon changes.
EXPECTED RESULT
digiKam does not crash
