            Bug ID: 517576
Summary: Meta+C Opens Plasma Mobile task switcher, in Plasma
                    Desktop
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First 6.3.6
       Reported In:
          Platform: Debian stable
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: 1.0

I have both plasma-desktop and plasma-mobile installed on my system. When I am
logged into a Plasma Desktop session (X11/Wayland), the shortcut Meta+C remains
active and triggers the "Mobile Task Switcher", which should only be active in
a mobile session.

Steps to reproduce:

    Install plasma-mobile on a system with plasma-desktop.

Log into a Plasma Desktop session.

    Press Meta+C.

Observed result:
The Mobile Task Switcher UI or action is triggered instead of being ignored or
used by the desktop session.

Expected result:
Mobile-specific shortcuts should be disabled or filtered out when the session
type is not plasma-mobile.

Technical details found in ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc:
The entry causing the conflict is:
Mobile Task Switcher=Meta+C,none,Toggle Mobile Task Switcher

My current XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP is set to KDE, but the mobile shell components
seem to be leaking global shortcuts into the desktop environment.

Plasma version: 6.3.6
