I have an issue with panel applets like system tray or the launcher, where the
popups fail to show. See:

It can be reproduced by repeatedly and quickly clicking on the applet icon. As
mentioned on discuss.kde the behaviour is restored with `systemctl --user
restart plasma-plasmashell`, or by switching user, loging out.
This bug report was launched after restarting plasmashell from the terminal.
I've not been able to reproduce on a new user.
The crash can be reproduced every time.
