SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect external touchscreen monitor (for example Espresso display)
2. Extend screen
3. On external screen touch where the taskbar should be
4. Applications in the applicationbar that are on the normal laptop screen will
launch
OBSERVED RESULT
Applications launch
EXPECTED RESULT
Touch should be only on things visible on the external screen
