Thank you for looking into the issue.

I've checked Miscellaneous Settings as suggested by the documentation you
linked, but "Enable internal debug logging" is already disabled. Enabling it
increases the log spamming, with which each warning is three lines, repeated
2-3 times:

DATE TIME hostname digikam[PID]: ICM Desktop: looking for the monitor color
profile...
DATE TIME hostname digikam[PID]: ICM Wayland: check the monitor profile for
screen #
DATE TIME hostname digikam[PID]: ICM Wayland: invalid screen number: #

Where # is either 0 or 1.

It seems that Wayland is struggling to find the correct screen number for my
displays for color management... Normally I would imagine something like this
to be a configuration problem, but nothing else has reported a similar issue,
only digiKam.
