[plasma-login-manager] [Bug 517680] After the system with dual monitors wakes from a locked session and prolonged inactivity, the clocks displayed on the two screens become inconsistent, differing by approximately 8 hours.

There was an error in my previous report. The time difference between the two
monitors is approximately 8 hours, not 12 hours as previously stated. My system
timezone is UTC+8.
