STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open OBS while your volume is set to 100%
OBSERVED RESULT
OBS stealthily changes the volume to 67% without either notifying or asking the
user for confirmation.
EXPECTED RESULT
Users should receive a confirmation pop up if they want their volume changed by
an application.
