Issue in Plasma 6.6.2
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the Panel to "Dodge Windows"
2. Open System Monitor, click on the vertical triple dots, click on "Configure
columns" button.
3. Maximize the sub-window.
OBSERVED RESULT
The Panel fails to Dodge the sub-window.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Panel sound dodge sub-windows.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Firefox's File Picker when maximized has this exact same issue if Firefox is
not maximized.
Maybe all sub-windows have this issue.
