STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the vertical triple dots, then click on "Configure columns" button.
2. Hold a click on the scrollbar and move it up and down.
OBSERVED RESULT
The scrollbar is only moving when the click is released, like Windows 95 or
older.
EXPECTED RESULT
The scrollbar should move in real time like all the other ones when a click is
being held on it.
