SUMMARY
Opacity/transparency not applied or lost on Wayland when using Window Rules
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a Window Rule for Konsole with Active Opacity forced to any value
2. Open Konsole — opacity rule is not applied
3. Manually toggling blur in Konsole profile temporarily restores transparency
4. Resizing the window removes it again
OBSERVED RESULT
Opacity never applied; blur toggle workaround only temporarily effective
EXPECTED RESULT
Window rule opacity persists
