SUMMARY
The Digital Clock widget does not accept locale settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Desktop interface - English
2. Setting the time locale to France
OBSERVED RESULT
When you hover over the clock, it shows correctly. But when you click on it,
the months and days of the week are still in English.
EXPECTED RESULT
The digital calendar clock displays the days of the week as lundi, mardi,
mercredi, jeudi, vendredi, samedi et dimanche and month janvier février mars
avril etc.
