SUMMARY
After saving a PDF attachment to an "smb://hosname/" URL, clicking the Open
File button gives an error message about --tempfiles switch not allowed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a message with a pdf file attached
2. Click on the file in the attachments listed in the header
3. Choose "Save as", navigate to a directory using the smb kio-slave and click
"Save"
4. After the save is complete, click "Open File"
OBSERVED RESULT
An error message titled "Error - KIOExec" saying "Remote URL
smb://paul@nas/shared/<filename> not allowed with --tempfiles switch"
EXPECTED RESULT
The file opens
