SUMMARY
with laptop (laptop lid is closed) and external display - i lock kde, display
goes to sleep, then i unlock kde, plasma-shell process is alive but the bottom
panel disappears.
the only message from plasmashell process is `kde.plasmashell: requesting
unexisting screen available rect -1`
when both display are "active" (lid is not closed) - then after sleep - panel
is still here.
so i guess "external display + laptop lid is closed" is the root cause.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. with laptop (laptop lid is closed) and external display
2. lock kde, display goes to sleep
3. then i unlock kde, plasma-shell process is alive but the bottom panel
disappears
OBSERVED RESULT
bottom panel is gone
EXPECTED RESULT
bottom panel is present
