SUMMARY
My friend has a monitor that has HDR as a option in the OSD but in kde plasma
display settings HDR is not shown for being enabled fully.
Even enabling HDR in the OSD settings doesnt make the option appear in display
settings.
The monitor in question is AOC C32G2ZE 32inch 240hz
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I guess have this monitor lol
2. Enable HDR in the OSD
3. Notice no option for HDR in kde plasma settings
OBSERVED RESULT
No HDR option
EXPECTED RESULT
HDR option should be available in display settings

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Doing kscreen-doctor -o outputs this, which says the monitor is incapable of
doing HDR even tho OSD has HDR10 option available
