SUMMARY
In many scenarios, it's useful to default saving files to the last directory
they were saved in. Spectacle defaults to the directory configured in
Image/Video Saving -> Save Location.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Capture a screenshot
2. Save it in a different location from the one configured in Image Saving ->
Save Location.
3. Capture another screenshot.
4. Save it
OBSERVED RESULT
The file picker will open the directory configured in Image Saving -> Save
Location.
EXPECTED RESULT
The file picked should open the last directory Spectacle saved the image/video
in.
