SUMMARY
I'm using a 2in1 laptop with a pen. Touch gestures such as panning and zooming
work normally, but when the pen comes near, then leaves (doesn't matter if it
was pressed), touch gestures stop responding.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Bring the pen close
2. Take the pen away
3. Try to pan the canvas

OBSERVED RESULT
I can still interact with toolbars and bring up the popup pallete with touch,
but any gesture such as panning or zooming does not work. The only way to
restore them is by tapping on any docker except Tool Options.

EXPECTED RESULT

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.17.7-ba28.fc43.x86_64
Compositor: Niri
KDE Plasma Version: -
KDE Frameworks Version: -
Qt Version: 6.8.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hardware: Lenovo Yoga 7 14ARP8

I've observed this behavior in other desktops (Plasma, Gnome), and the current
stable versions of Krita.
This behavior is not visible in the open tablet tester.

When moving the mouse cursor while touch gestures aren't working, they will
work. When it stops moving, and you let go of the gesture, they'll stop working
again.
