I've been having what I believe is the same issue on my system.
Environment:

plasmashell version: 6.4.5
KWin version: 6.4.5
Kernel: 6.17.0-19-generic
OS: Ubuntu 25.10 (Questing)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 (AD104)
Nvidia driver: 590.48.01
Display Server: Wayland
Display setup: Dual monitor, primary landscape 2560x1440@165Hz + secondary
portrait 2560x1440@60Hz, each with their own panel

Default per-process file descriptor limit: 1024
Crash sequence from journal log:

37.284s CPU time, 691.6M memory peak, 530.3M memory swap peak.
Mar 19 17:17:01 systemd[2490]: plasma-plasmashell.service: Scheduled restart
job, restart counter is at 4.
Prior warning indicating compositor stress:
Mar 19 17:16:06 kwin_wayland_wrapper[3182]: Key repeat discarded, Wayland
compositor doesn't seem to be processing events fast enough!
Additional notes:
The crash occurs after extended normal use with multiple active Flatpak
applications including Discord and Chatterino. The systemd report shows
plasmashell had been consuming resources heavily before the crash (9min 37s CPU
time, 691.6M memory peak). The crash counter was at 4 restarts in the current
session, indicating this is a recurring issue under normal usage conditions.
