SUMMARY
Nobara recently swapped from sddm to plasma-login-manger.
Since the swap the keyboard which is connected to an external monitor no longer
works during login.
It works fine in Grub, preboot, mouse which is connected to the same external
monitor works during and after login as well.
In order to fix the keyboard I have to unplug and plug it back in. My guess is
that plasma-login-manager does not detect peripherals proeprly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. reboot
2. try to login using the external keyboard
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Not able to type in unless I unplug and plug the keyboard back in
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to just type without needing to interact with the USB
