SUMMARY
I have to enter my password 2 times, to unlock the screen or login to using
plasma login manager.
I am not certain is the issue with the screen locking or plasma login manager.
The first time, even when the password is correct, the submitted password is
not accepted.
The second time, the submitted password is accepted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. lock screen
2. Try to unlock the screen with the correct user password, the password is
not accepted
3. Try to unlock the screen with the correct user password, the password is
accepted
