Thanks. I understand Plasma 6.3.6 is no longer maintained upstream. However,
the issue was narrowed down very specifically on Raspberry Pi 5 / arm64:
disabling only ksystemstats_plugin_cpu.so restores all other sensors
immediately. I will report this downstream as well, but I wanted to leave the
technical findings here in case this still affects supported branches.
