Issue in Plasma-Login-Manager
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot with the lid closed.
2. Open the lid.
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma-Login-Manager might load it's UI while the notebook's lid is closed.
Same issue as SDDM's Bug 498730
EXPECTED RESULT
The moment the screen turns on Plasma-Login-Manager should appear.
