SUMMARY
Wallpaper change is not persistent
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the desktop wallpaper with the system settings
2a. Logout from plasma and login again OR
2b. Watch the configuration file
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc
OBSERVED RESULT
Changed wallpaper is not kept after logout/login and the configuration file is
not changed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Wallpaper change is persistent.

Linux/KDE Plasma: openSuse Slowroll 20260302
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If I change the mentioned configuration file manually (section
[Containments][51][Wallpaper][org.kde.image][General]), the wallaper is changed
after the next login, so I assume this configuration file is expected to be
changed by the system settings.
There are quite a lot error messages in the system journal from systemsettings
and plasmashell, but I am not sure if they are related to it. I made an extract
of potentially related messages and atteached it.
