SUMMARY
"Open with" -> "Other application..." (/Choose Application to open a file)
dialog have misaligned text when application icon is missing. As it is possible
to see in the attachment.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on a file
2. open with...
3. Other application...
4. select "Show All Installed Applications" (more likely to not have icon)
OBSERVED RESULT
Text is not aligned.
EXPECTED RESULT
Text is aligned and maybe a placeholder icon is present.
