Trying to use the scroll wheel on the bottom slider
SUMMARY
Bottom slider behavior on scroll wheel isn't ideal
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any epub
2. Hover over the bottom slider
3. Try using the scroll wheel
OBSERVED RESULT
Pages don't change; slider jumps a random interval
EXPECTED RESULT
The bottom slider handles mouse scroll whell and change pages accordingly
