Kickoff not fading smoothly while the panel does. [AV1]
SUMMARY
Title and attached video.
Kickoff switches harshly in an instant while the panel does fade smoothly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the Panel opacity to Adaptable
2. In two different adjacent desktops, in one put a Chromium window and leave
the other one empty so you can see the transition between the two
3. Pin Kickoff open.
4. Start switching back and forth.
OBSERVED RESULT
While the panel background fades smoothly, Kickoff background does not have a
fade animation and the two are out of sync.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kickoff should fade its opacity just like the Panel does
