I removed (or actually moved to different place) that file (in my case it was
called: "userapp-Firefox-U9J9H3.desktop" and in "Favorites" appeared icon
of.... "Konqueror" . Please consider I never added to "Favorites" the
"Konqueror" app. I clicked into "Konqueror" icon placed in "Favorites" and of
course has been opened Konqueror.
I run also Firefox, so I went to "Internet" option and clicked "Firefox" (that
option has proper icon). I got Firefox window.

I fixed it thanks your information about that file. Thanks.
1. I removed entry: "NoDisplay=true" from .desktop file
2. I added entry: "Icon=firefox"
3. I restored file .desktop with the same name (in
~/.local/share/applications/)
In result icon "magically" appeared in "Favorites"

I suppose that after next update of Firefox (from deb package) nothing will
change, because user file will be not changed. Anyway maybe there is need some
fix, I hope would be possible on packaging side.
