SUMMARY
While taking a screenshot using spectacle, when selecting the "Copy" option,
between to the "Save As.." and "Export" options in the toolbar below the
selection box for the screenshot, when it changes to the window showing the
screenshot it will display a notification reading "This screenshot has been
copied to the clipboard.". In truth, the file that is put in the clipboard will
be an empty file with no data at all.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open spectacle, any method works
2. Click the "copy" option while the selection box for taking a screenshot is
active.
3. Open the clipboard, or attempt to paste the file in the clipboard.
OBSERVED RESULT
An empty file is entered into the clipboard. Attempting to paste it into apps
like Discord and Krita show an error calling it an empty file
EXPECTED RESULT
The image screenshot should be put in the clipboard.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using the "copy" option again once the screenshot has been taken and the app
has moved to the second screen works fine, the issue is specifically while the
selection box for the screenshot is active.
