I believe I am seeing the same issue, originally same version but now on the
6.6.3. This did not happen with previous versions.

This is a mini pc with only an external display. When the screen goes to sleep
due to inactivity (screen only, the machine is never going to sleep) the
display will not wake up.

The actual monitor turns on on mouse/keyboard movement, indicating something is
happening, but the display is never shown.
Super+P and kscreen-doctor do NOT work
systemctl --user restart plasma-powerdevil.service doesn't solve it either.
Physically unplugging and plugging back in the HDMI cables works.

I have very limited knowledge but please let me know how I can provide further
logs or information if required.
