Issue in Plasma
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over the Clipboard widget's top and bottom edges.
2. Right-Click on the Clipboard.
OBSERVED RESULT
Clipboard widget behaves wobbly, and its Context Menu is wrong.
EXPECTED RESULT
Clipboard widget should not be shaky and the Context Menu should be the correct
one.
