SUMMARY
The KDE neon Installer crashes when adding the first VG to a new PV. The disk
currently has MBR partitions with an LVM PV from a previous Linux install. When
the crash occurs, the crash reporter also crashes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click New Partition Table, choose GPT
2. Select Free Space, click Create, set File System to "lvm2 pv", click OK
3. Click New Volume Group, select partition in list of PV, enter VG name, click
OK
4. Installer closes, Crash Handler appears 

OBSERVED RESULT
Installer crashes.

EXPECTED RESULT
Volume Group is added to the configuration.
