okay, now back to the previous situation. Elisa sticks to the audio output of
when it starts.
in fact, now switching from the applet doesn't work even for a single track, it
just sticks to that...
but i guess that's an improvement from always being directed to headphones even
if Elisa was started when no such headphones were plugged in.
