SUMMARY
There seems to be an issue with pasting content. I've been updating a .js file
with new code, replacing the entire contents with what was in the clipboard.
The pasted contents should have been 253 lines. After pasting it looks okay,
but when I use the scrollwheel to scroll down the conents were duplicated
multiple times. There was a delay for a moment before it displayed the
duplicates. (Less than a second). I didn't realize and saved the document and
noticed the content was over 1000 lines. This has happened multiple times.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy enough content that will ensure that the scroll bar is active in Kate
and paste into the document
2. Scroll down using the scroll wheel
OBSERVED RESULT
The contents are repeated mulitiple times.
EXPECTED RESULT
The pasted content should be shown
