SUMMARY
At extra hi-res (3413x1800), wallpaper doesn't cover full width of screen, even
when scaled or scaled and cropped.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set screen res to 3413x1800 (I'm using a Vizio TV on HDMI-1 w/ ARCe)
2. select large-format wallpaper (Cone_Nebula, comes w/ KDE, or
Aritim-Dark_V2400x1600 (download)
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
wallpaper covers most, but not all, of screen (see attached)
- usable area of TV is 37" wide and 26" tall
- top left corner of usable display (position 0,0) starts 5/8" down from top of
bezel and 1" from left of bezel
- bottom right corner of usable display (position 3413,1800) starts 5/8" up
from bottom of bezel and 1" from right of bezel
- wallpaper start in top right of usable area (0,0), but ends 3 1/2" from right
edge of screen (4000,1800)
EXPECTED RESULT
- top left corner of usable display (position 0,0) starts <= 1/8" in from top
and left bezels
- bottom right corner of usable display (position 3413,1800) ends <= 1/8" in
from bottom and right bezels
