Don't know if I can run that command earlier in the session startup than that. I will try to explain more. Previously I was using my non-system drives as noauto in fstab, because I thought I could gain some boot time by mounting them with kded (there's no difference after all). I removed the noauto and it fixed the problem. Then I enabled autologin in plasma-login and it's back. It seems it's related to having the session start as early as possible with many plasma services enabled(?)
