SUMMARY
Once "apply now" is used in Special Window Rules, size can't be changed again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run a resizable application (tested with substrate from xscreensaver)
2. Right click on the X logo, choose "special wndow settings"
3. Add "Size", "apply now", 8000x8000
4. Apply (the size changes)
5. Change size to 500x500
6. Apply
OBSERVED RESULT
Size does not change
EXPECTED RESULT
The window becomes 500x500
