In the Weather Report Settings, the Provider field shows "BBC Weather" but
there is no UI element (dropdown, button, or setting) to change it to a
different provider. Previously, KDE's weather widget supported multiple
providers (e.g., OpenWeatherMap, met.no). The current plasmashell version only
displays the active provider as read-only text with no way to modify it.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Weather widget settings
Navigate to Weather Station tab
Observe that "Provider: BBC Weather" is shown but cannot be changed
Expected behavior: A dropdown or option to select from multiple weather data
providers
Actual behavior: Provider is hardcoded/read-only with no way to change it
