SUMMARY
After upgrading to Qt 6.11.0, the Global Menu in KDE Plasma stopped working.
Clicking on menu entries does not open the dropdown list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Start a KDE Plasma session
Open any application that supports Global Menu (e.g. Dolphin, Kate)
Click on any item in the Global Menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Clicking on menu items does nothing — the dropdown menu does not appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
Clicking on a menu item should open the corresponding dropdown list.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The issue started immediately after updating Qt to version 6.11.
Before the update, Global Menu was working correctly.
No visible errors are shown in the UI.
