SUMMARY
After waking my PC from sleep the clock in the lock screen is (only on
secondary monitor) exactly 1 hour behind until a refresh of the clock (when the
minute get updated).

This was also the case on Fedora 43 KDE

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
(0. connect a secondary display)
1. let your PC go too sleep (either by the "Sleep"-Option in the Startmenu or
automatically with energy saving settings
2. wake PC

OBSERVED RESULT
The time on the secondary should be 1 hour behind the main display until the
clock refreshes. The it is correct again
