Target Milestone: ---
SUMMARY
Individual key presses used in shortcuts are not captured and end up passing
through to the applications.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a shortcut that uses the Alt key in combination with another. For
example, "Alt + Print" to take a screenshot of the active window with
Spectacle.
2. Open an application that responds when the Alt key alone is pressed (e.g.
Firefox).
3. With the application focused, press the shortcut.
OBSERVED RESULT
By passing through the Alt key-press to Firefox, it activates its menu bar. In
the Spectacle example, the menu bar appears in the captured screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
When a shortcut is used, the key-presses involved should be captured and not
propagated to applications.
