Bug ID: 518262
Summary: Rare low framerate in animations (eg window
restore/minimize)
Classification: Plasma
Product: plasmashell
Version First master
Reported In:
Platform: EndeavourOS
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: minor
Priority: NOR
Component: Task Manager and Icons-Only Task Manager widgets
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
CC: [email protected]
Target Milestone: 1.0
SUMMARY
Rare low framerate for animations. Sometimes when I minimize or restore a
window, the animation is very choppy / has low framerate (I have 160hz monitor
and the animation was playing at like 40fps).
So far I have no way of reproducing the bug - it comes and goes. Right now it
happened after I haven't touched my pc in 10 min.
It also disappears quickly. After a few seconds, minimizing/restoring the
window is back up to 160fps.
I am using window minimize animation "Squash".
