Screenshot showing blurry/pixelated Chrome toolbar icons at 150% scaling on
Wayland

SUMMARY
When using KDE Plasma on Wayland with display scaling set to 150%, some UI
icons appear blurry or pixelated.

This is visible in:
1. The launch feedback icon near the mouse cursor when opening applications
2. Google Chrome toolbar/bookmark bar icons

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to a KDE Plasma Wayland session
2. Set display scaling to 150%
3. Open Google Chrome
4. Observe the toolbar/bookmark bar icons
5. Launch an application and observe the launch feedback icon near the cursor

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons appear blurry, jagged, or pixelated, with rough edges.

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons should render sharply and consistently without visible pixelation.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.3
Windowing System: Wayland
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT
CPU: Intel Core i7-13700KF
Display resolution: 1920x1080

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue is more noticeable at 150% scaling.
It may be related to fractional scaling rendering rather than Chrome alone,
because the launch feedback icon also shows visual distortion.

RELATED BUGS
Possibly related to bug 489403 and bug 501375, but this report is not exactly
the same issue.
