Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Plasma launcher to open it
2. Click anywhere outside the panel (on desktop or a window) to dismiss it
3. Launcher closes but enters broken state: button appears pressed, popup
invisible, not openable until plasmashell restart
Note: Initially suspected multi-pointer (mouse + tablet) interaction but
confirmed single-device reproduction
