That is not how it's supposed to work. Open archive -> select file -> Ctrl+C ->
select another folder in the archive -> Ctrl+V -> file is copied within the
archive.

While it may look elementary, it is not from a technical point of view. Dolphin
can only copy KIO URLs and Ark doesn't provide this kind of abstraction. It
would require a lot of work for a feature that can already be used in other
ways (extraction dialog, drag-and-drop).
