Bug ID: 518323
Summary: Horizontal scrolling with the mouse wheel is not
available when editing screenshots
Classification: Applications
Product: Spectacle
Version First 6.6.3
Reported In:
Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: General

Target Milestone: ---
SUMMARY
When I enter the Edit mode for a screenshot I often need to move around the
image, but in this window horizontal scrolling with the mouse wheel is not
available: in other applications I can scroll vertically with the mouse wheel
and scroll horizontally by holding CTRL + moving the mouse wheel. In Spectable
this doesn't work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot of the entire screen
2. Click on "Edit"
3. The image shown will be certainly bigger than Spectacle's window because
toolbars are added (I already filed a feature request to automatically zoom-out
to fit the entire image in the window when entering the Edit mode), therefore
scrollbars will be shown
4. Try sidescrolling holding CTRL + using the mouse wheel
OBSERVED RESULT
Horizontal scrolling with the mouse wheel is not available.
EXPECTED RESULT
Horizontal scrolling with the mouse wheel should work.
