SUMMARY
Libvpx has been updated to 12.0.0 and Spectacle fails to launch and the AUR
package fails to build because it doesn't find libvpx 11.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. update to libvpx 12
2. launch Spectacle
OBSERVED RESULT
A KDE notification is showing up with
"Could not activate remote peer 'org.kde.spectacle': startup job failed "
EXPECTED RESULT
Spectacle launches and no error notification is shown.
