Hello!
After many years of using Kiten, I have just realized, that the dictionaries
that are installed with Kiten are 15 years old!
This is a problem, because as I haven't, probably no one actually checks this
and 15 years is a long time.
(Granted, the fundamentals won't change much.)

Though it is not clear, when the following were last updated, they are very
likely more recent than 2011:

https://www.edrdg.org/wiki/Edict_Overview.html
What I would like to ask you to do is to download the kanjidic and edict files
from these links and update the Kiten repo with them.
If you have or can find a newer version, then please use those.
(I have tested these files and they seem to work with Kiten.
