STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Find an option to Merge tabs and path bar into one, in order to occupy less
screen space with menus.
OBSERVED RESULT
There's no option.
EXPECTED RESULT
There's no need for tabs and the path bar occupy double the screen space.
The path bar could be removed and have the tabs moved there.
When double-clicking on a tab they would widen to occupy the whole area and
function like a path bar.
Alternatively a Context Menu option for changing the tab's path would also
work.
