SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle screen capture (I use a shortcut)
2. Pick a tool, a textbox for example
3. Click the textbox options, i.e color
OBSERVED RESULT
The click ignores the tool settings prompt and inserts the tool
(textbox/drawing/etc) under the prompt, as if the tool settings weren't there.
EXPECTED RESULT
Interact with tool settings to change color, size, etc.
