SolidActions: Use absolute path for getting the template file Due to changes in KDesktopFile, namely https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kconfig/-/merge_requests/430 , we can end up in situation where we can't locate the template file, since we're searching for it from user files. Instead, locate the absolute filepath for the template in addAction and use it directly.
