For both ~/.config/autostart/ and ~/.local/share/applications/ directories, the
option "Hidden=true" is ignored.
When such option is present, the entire file should be ignored as if it didn't
exist; meaning not appearing in menus and also not registering mimetypes / URL
handlers etc.
But that is not the case on KDE.
